Normal is something I have never wanted to be. I see the world around me and I see beauty. I see it in everything, I love people and I love life. I grew up in a household of women, my father worked a lot so I was raised mostly by my two older sisters and my mother. To this day my mom says I have always marched to the beat of my own drum.
I have always wanted to create, whether it was in the music I played, the photos I took or even working for my contractor father. I loved to create and to be able to make something beautiful with my own vision and my own hands. To be able to have a vision in my head and to bring it into print form is magic to me.
Over the many years of being a photographer I have met some amazing people. From celebrities to blue collar workers and even some amazing homeless people. Photography has been what has brought me together with so many people. This isn’t just what I do, it is what I love to do! I honestly don’t know what I would do without it.
Beauty photography came naturally to me. Being around strong women throughout my childhood has really given me the ability to connect with women. So many of my friends are women, this is why you will see so many photos of them on my site. I am lucky to be surrounded by so many independent, strong and intelligent women, including my wife. Somehow 19 years has gone by so quickly yet I cannot wait to see what the future holds for us.
I have photographed hundreds of weddings and hundreds of boudoir sessions. I can’t even count how many lifestyle sessions I have done. I love photographing people in all different settings. My career started in 1990 and I have been lucky enough to have been able to keep working all these years. I love what I do, I have passion for what I do and I truly love going to work every single day.
I photograph how I see the world. With an open mind and an open heart. Life and love inspire me, beauty is all around. This is why I call my work Vibe 71, it is all about the good vibes! These are the things I love most, thank you for letting me share them with you and thank you to my clients for allowing me to be a part of their lives.
